Skyward Employee Access
Skyward Employee Access is the District’s employee management system. The system provides staff 24 hour access to their payroll and HR information from any computer with internet access. Contact the Payroll Office at 565-2434 to obtain your Skyward login information.
Employees are required to account for their absences via Employee Access. Vacation (if applicable) and personal business days are to be submitted and approved prior to the date of leave. Sick leave is to be submitted on the date of absence or as soon as possible thereafter. An email notification is sent when time off requests are approved or denied.
Instructions for Submitting Time Off
Teachers who are absent for any reason are to contact Kelly Educational Staffing to request a substitute teacher.
It is the expectation that the employee maintain up-to-date personal contact and emergency contact information within Employee Access at all times. Any changes in address should be reported to the Business Office using the forms below.
Using Skyward Employee Access, employees may access their payroll information including check history, check estimator, a year-to-date calendar and year-to-date fiscal information, W2 and W4 information.
